Rock is an award-winning writer, director, and producer born and raised in the greater Boston area.  He was senior executive of Tyrese Gibson’s HQ Pictures. Rock wrote The Hidden, and The Big Test. 

Rock stepped into the role of producer, taking on the projects 12th Man, Condition Dead, Snuffed and the upcoming film Protecting Jimmy Leone.  He is also the writer, creator, and executive producer of the new TV series Dreamer, being produced by Marc Sternberg (Mirrors, The Girl Next door) and Larry Shuman (The Shield, House).

Rock Shaink Jr. has recently directed and produced the short Reversal (with Beltran y Puga as executive producer). Reversal is a high-octane thriller that combines the French feature High Tension with the breakthrough Hard Candy.

Shaink is in advanced talks with major Hollywood studios to produce the feature version of Reversal (for which Beltran y Puga will be an Associate Producer).
