TERMINAL marks the directorial debut of Beltran y Puga. Terminal was the Winner of the 2008 Special Jury Award at the Orlando Hispanic Film Festival, Official Selection of the prestigious Festival Tous Courts in Aix-en-Provence, France, Official Selection of the 2007 Pensacola International Film Festival, the 2008 Cannes Film Festival - Short Film Corner, and other festival venues.

Fernando has produced three movies to date, including Terminal (Producer), the independent feature film Eleven (Executive Producer), and Reversal (Executive Producer).

Beltran y Puga has several projects currently in development, including the feature-length psycho-thriller Alter Ego, the feature length version of Reversal (as an Associate Producer), and other projects.

In addition to his filmmaking experience, Beltran y Puga has performed as an actor for the TV series “Missing Persons Unit” on TrueTV (formerly Court TV).

Fernando was born and raised in Mexico, where he obtained a university degree in Computer Science. Arriving to the United States in 1997, Beltran y Puga lives in the Washington DC area.
